Recovering Lost Email Address’ I’ve had for years

For over 10 years My family had the same 4 email address from COX. Then one day there was a message that told me I needed to transfer those email address’ to another account we have or they would stop working.
I followed the directions on how to complete the transfer process and had it done in about 20 minutes.  Or so I thought.

A few weeks later new emails stopped showing up in the inboxes.  They had been shut off. 

Ive been trying to recover the email address’ but so far all I’ve gotten is headaches.  

Does anyone know how I can get my emails working again?
