Really on Election Day!

Unreal, internet and cable go out on Election Day!!! I work for AT&T and they now provide full internet and mobile. But I am loyal client and I stay with Cox. They harass me by text, email, phone when I am a day late for payment. Really with all the options that we have I only keep it for the cable because I DVR stuff, but now I can stream anything! But when you don’t have internet it’s worthless. Time to look up options.

      That's all well and good, if your Cox people are not overwhelmed by the sheer volume of complaints, which I am willing to bet that they are, especially in light of the idiotic questions they ask. Did I try to troubleshoot? Hell no, I am just wasting my time contacting support because I am too f-ing lazy to do it the easy way. I'm being sarcastic! If I could find how to troubleshoot my specific problem, I guarantee I would not waste my time contacting your people who don't seem to know what the hell they're doing, either!!!
