Stop disabling reply’s in the forum cheaters
People with real and honest complaints about your service want to reply to other people to confirm their concerns and you haunt any reply and then post a bull**bleep** solution to a problem you have....

Did you bother to read the forum sticky? This forum is for users to troubleshoot with others users TECHNICAL issues. Not billing/cost issues. That is why your posts were locked. With that said, I think they lock posts that are still technical but put Cox in a bad light, which shows a lack of transparency on Cox's part. This forum shouldn't be for propaganda or people's opinions on Cox, one way or another.
As for data caps, yea, I don't like them either, but most cable/HFC have them. Do you complain about your cellular provider charging extra for unlimited bandwidth? If you don't like it, don't get Cox. It's not like they hide their bandwidth cap. It's always been in the ToS and is mentioned during ordering.
