Some of the employees and techs are vets.
My point was, there are worst threats nowadays than Internet service.
I understand your point Bruce and I have stated this to Cox and I believe a few times in this forum. Had this been a pandemic caused situation, I would support Cox 100% in what they are doing to keep people connected. What I mean by that is if the internet became unusable all the sudden when shelter in place orders where given, I would have no issues. However, I escalated the node saturation issue to Cox 2 1/2 years ago for my neighborhood and they told me "We are not prioritizing it because we are laying fiber in the city to sell new packages". Then they went on to sell new subscribers and upgrade people to gigablast on my same node that already could not handle the traffic. To this very second they are selling gigablast to new customers and allowing customers to upgrade to gigblast on my node.... They 100% are aware it cant handle anymore volume as it cant handle the volume currently, yet they continue to sell. That goes against everything leadership principal the military taught me but maybe you had a different experience.

I understand your point. Cox has a business model and shareholders to appease during this time and I sincerely doubt they're feeling our pain. However, there are Tiffanies, Kevins, Dustins and unknown techs with game faces. I'm sure they're trying. Give 'em a break.
