Wrong internet service

Hello, I just realized I'm signed up for the wrong plan. I want the 1 guy unlimited plan.

You can reach them directly by calling Retention Monday - Friday: 8 am - 8 pm and Saturday 9 am - 6 pm at 1-888-438-6673 Option 5. Choosing option 5 after verifying your account information will ensure you do not have to get transferred on this call. You may also be able to make changes via the Cox app or through your account at www.Cox.com.
