Hi Hermione, there must be a corrupt email causing these issues. Close Outlook. In Webmail, click on the Sent Objects folder. A "hamburger" icon (menu) of 3 horizontal lines will display next to the Sent Objects folder name. Click the menu icon and choose "Delete all messages." Once the folder appears empty, click the Sent Objects menu again and choose Properties. Does the Properties window display zero messages? Log out of Webmail for a minute or two and then log back in. Click on the Sent Objects folder. Does it show any emails? Send yourself a test email. Click on the Sent Objects folder. Does it display your test email only, or does it also display other sent items? We may have to have our email administrators investigate this behavior. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Thanks so much for all this advice, Becky. I tried your latest trick. I clicked on Delete All Messages. Folder appears empty for about 3 seconds and then fills again with the same messages. Properties lists 43239 messages. If you can get me some help, i'd appreciate it. Otherwise, I don't see any choice but to cancel my Cox account for good. I keep getting notices of mailbox almost full, or similar. Should I close Outlook accounts for a few days and see if that affects things? Any help appreciated!
