Kevin, I had the Contracted Technician come out yesterday. He hooked up his vivrant box to Coax, and said it was a line problem. He went out to the Pole and tested again there, and continued to say it was a line problem. No ETA on when it is getting fixed, nor could he tell me when or if some one would contact me further. Today I sit at 401Mbps/37Mbps.

Just 10 mins ago my Modem somehow reset itself ( was not a power outage or blip, because we were watching tv and then all of a sudden, Directtv Now went off).
Figured it was Cox.
So i got up and power cycled my router and my Cox alarm router, because the alarm tablet kept dinging. Everything is back up now, but my speeds are the same, 401MBPS / 36Mbps. Just FYI
