If that doesn't work or if you know you have a panoramic gateway then try IP 192.168.0.1 which you just type in the address bar on the top of the window you use to go to the internet. Use the username admin and the password password. Then click connection on the left and then click on Cox Network underneath that. There should be some downstream and upstream signal levels broken up into different channels with each channel giving its power and clarity or SNR. If you can upload a screenshot of those levels then we might be able to tell you something about what's going on but it's kind of tricky because there's a lot of data and you have to scroll to show it all so you have to do it in multiple screenshots. If it's easier and you have a phone with imgur app you can upload them all to One library and then post the link here. You may also be able to copy and paste the information directly, but that makes it hard to read because of formatting issues and I'm not even 100% sure it would work at all. If this is all too complex then just do the basic stuff like check that everything's tight and everything looks normal and call for a technician. Just be aware that there are possible charges if the problem happens to be inside your house, but usually the problem is outside, especially if you have heard of other people having the problem in your area. Like if it has been it declared outage before then. It's very unlikely to be any problem in your house.
