Positive note - Tech was able to stop by and replace the drop - monitoring and will report back
Below are some statistics from the WinMTR app that I am using. Just to show, the results are about the same before the drop was replaced. This leaves me in a very bad place, as nothing has changed and will prevent my service from going poor again.
