Yes, that's the point. Ridiculous implementation. Seems to be like a SCAM or a fraud to cheat customers despite the pandemic age.
Cox have announced "yes, we are following FCC Keep Americans Connected, we are waiving 60 days of data usage" but the implementation is not clear. And I'm asking for one clarification using this forum, Reedit Cox forum and also the official customer care service but without a satisfactory response. Basically, the response is "I don't know what will happen on May 16th.".
Shameful.
It looks like it's 60 days but doesn't take billing cycle into account. So if your billing cycle doesn't fall exactly on the 15th of each month, you'll only get one month of fee waiving. This is deliberate. Makes it seem like they're complying but in reality, they can still charge people for overages.

Yes, 60 days is a fallacy. 60 days became just one cycle unless your cutoff date is exactly May 15th.
