Can you please click 'Connect' at the bottom of the app, then go to devices, then select a device, and let me know if the Network Activity is showing up under that section?

It's not on any device. Just shows it trying to load.

Can you please click on "More' at the bottom and tell me what the Version number is under the word 'Sign Out'?

It's showing no data usage on the app which is weird.
