Problematic outages happening to often

This is a real problem.  Sometimes I have to reset modem or wait 4-8 hours for an outage to get resolved.  Then there's the issue of resetting the modem several times a month!  The ONLY resolution is "upgrade" or continue resetting.  Sounds like a big scam!  I've changed out modems and still have these same issues.  I guess it's time to find another provider eh?
