Possible Spam

For the past few weeks I have been getting emails from senders whose names are very close to those with whom I communicate frequently and have various seemingly innocent and interesting subject.  They all contain links to the following website. 

 

yourhealthhelper.com/.../keto-iw-d

 

I seem to have suffered no ill effects but have stopped following that link.

 

Am using Outlook 365 and can find no way to set up a filter to not receive those emails.

 

Has anyone experience something similar and what can be done to stop it?
