Poor Download speed. Checked Modem Event log. T4 time out?
For the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing poor internet speeds. Some days its 10mbps and some other days its 30mbps when its supposed to be 150 mbps. I have continually time after time chatted with cox and alls they have done is reset my modem remotely. I work from home so having good internet is crucial as I am in a lot of meetings daily. I checked the modem event log and here is what I found. I also captured a photo of my cable connection page. I don't know what any of this stuff means, but . I hope it helps.
