Planned outage

Is there anyone at Cox Support that can understand what I'm asking? I have been receiving notices about a planned outage and would like to know if there is more information available as to what time of day is it likely to occur in order to plan my day. I called support and didn't get far with understanding my question and was ultimately hung up on.

    Support may not have any more information than you do. normally the times expected for the outage is posted in the outage notification. You may have to read all the fine print to find it.....

    Yeah, you won't likely get an answer from cox.
