Ping Plotter

Packet loss when gaming. EXCESSIVE

I've gotten mad and hardwired straight to the modem thinking it would be better....definitely not

I've had handfuls of separate technician visits this years alone to find the issue.

All in home Coax was all changed.

Wires from home to road were changed.

Intermittent noise issue was "Resolved"

1 splitter. All ran properly and check by cox tech.

Modem levels all in range.

Tried 3 different modems as troubleshooting.

Ping spikes like crazy.

Upload speeds fluctuate majorly

What should be doinjg on a ping plotter to find the issue?

Any and all advice taken here.

@DLabit29 Hi, Can you bypass the splitter and plug it directly into the wall from the modem? -Ben

It is straight to the wall

The splitter is right at the beginning of my home.

Without the splitter, my downstream levels would be too high and my upstream levels would be in the 30s
