I did an uninstall, re-install, factory reset then logged into the app.
I have a phone that didn’t work, but it’s basically the same as the tablet (Samsung Android 13). All my other devices are too old and not supported by the app. I have an old iPad and when I try to install the app, it says I need IOS 15. That's another problem with Cox, they require customers to own a fairly new device to be able to use the app.
It should be 15 for IOS and 7 for Android, but Iphones that are still supported should still be able to install the latest updates. Please send us an email at cox.help@cox.com.
