We're still seeing the 192 IP. Please bypass the router and hardwired directly to the modem and perform the traceroute.

I will perform another tonight. It is hard for me to get the network offline for an hour. My first MTR was direct bypassing router and saw the worst packet loss.

Will perform traceroute + ping plotter.
