Packet loss, high ping, unstable connection

I have had this problem for the past 7-8 months and cox simply keep saying I have to wait but they do nothing to fix the problem I have a ton of packet loss and high ping, everything at my house is new: Modem, router, ethernet cables, all the connections from the house up to the box on the street Is all new, after about 8 technicians they finally said node is over saturated and they need to split the node its been months and I’m still waiting to have an usable service what do I do at this point

  • @Iquita, While we do not have an exact date for you, I can confirm that our field engineers are working on resolving this issue. Once they have completed the needed work, you should no longer experience this ongoing latency concern. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
