    Sanchy, I am detecting intermittent packet loss on your modem currently. When the packet loss does take place, it is quite excessive. Do you have any splitters or amplifiers in the home? Please also make sure none of the connections in the home are loose or damaged. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

      No splitters or amps. Nothing is damaged. Please advise

        I am actually seeing packet loss to most modems in the area. I am forwarding this to our network operations team for investigation.
