Packet Loss Gaming
The past three days the packet loss has been abysmal. Games are unplayable any suggestions would help. This usually happens with cox but is back to normal within a day. Fix this boys.

- Sanchy, I am detecting intermittent packet loss on your modem currently. When the packet loss does take place, it is quite excessive. Do you have any splitters or amplifiers in the home? Please also make sure none of the connections in the home are loose or damaged. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
