over charging on my bill

how am i only two months into my bill and one payment missed, my bill is 200 dollars with a mandatory 135 payment? monthly plan i did not order, still being billed for self instalation i BEEN paid for, and somehow charged for upgrade i didnt order for, i mean can i get some kind of good service from someone at cox? three times i been disconnected by a worker because they didnt want to fix the screw up they did. thats not the half with the crazy add ons to my bill too
