Cox on-line help for Windows Mail shows screens that don't even line up with Windows 10. Yesterday I chatted with Cox technical support and he/she eventually bailed saying, " we do not support Windows " . Whatttt???
I asked, then what do you support? the answer: " WebMail "
Brilliant. Have you ever used this clunky piece of art? I cannot imagine that at there isn't a single employee at Cox who uses Windows 10 Mail either at work or at home.
