that's not going to happen. They told me since they don't line item charge us for email, they won't credit anything!
last month, I got a credit, but I was screaming and almost to the point of stroking out. Maybe that works.
we all know *** well the cost of this is factored into our internet pricing. It must be. Internet shouldn't cost this much.
Phine shouldn't cost what they charge, but I'm guessing phone tools are factored in. And that doesn't work for weeks on end frequently. Sand I guess ther's no compensation for that.
maybe we should invoice them for our time?
