we are in the same boat. Like so many have reported, we cannot send emails!!! We can receive, but cannot send. My entire family is unable to do so, on all of our devices.
I'm thinking we all have a Coxsackie virus.
I've tried so many different iterations of settings I'm getting dizzy, and multiple times talking with tech support didn't help. One said that I had an " outage " . one said: " well if this port fails then try this one " What?? Why would a port fail?
I am very frustrated and want a refund for my defective service since Jan 24.
