Outages

Why oh why when I work from home all these outages I pay more for cox than I ever paid for century link and never had any issues with them. Now nothing but issues random outages. This is ridiculous. If I pay over 200  a month for service I should not have to make up time at work or use my vacation time because you guys cannot keep service going. I am going to start docking how much I pay every month how about that when I lose time and money. That seems fair. Ugh!!

    I agree! These outages are ridiculous. Last week alone we were barely able to get any work done because when got in a groove, bam another outage.
