Outages!!!!!

What is with all these outages lately??!  Pay too much for this to keep happening.  Hubby does not like COX and has wanted to go with someone else for years, and I-ve been defending Cox.  I'm beginning to think I was wrong.   If this keeps happening,,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!!!
