Outage

My internet is out.  This happens every few months. Cox says no outage in the area. Usually after twisting their arms they finally reset my modem from their HQ. I'm not sure why they are always reluctant to do this easy fix.  Now it's out again.  But the new AI on the app is not being helpful.  I still have no internet.
