Outage Due to Coronavirus
This is the second day this week that I have not been able to do my job because of Cox citing “increased internet traffic in my area due to coronavirus”. This started a year ago, they haven’t had time to figure it out? We pay way too much to not be able to do our jobs within our home. I understand that more and more people are working from home but figure it out!! I can’t keep telling my bosses that I can’t perform my duties because my internet provider can’t provide me with internet! It is infuriating to have this issue daily right now.
