Outage 3 days in a row...same time of day?

Today is day three.  First day can be understood.  2nd day is annoying.  3rd day kind of pisses me off.

Same time...8:30-9:30 Am Phx time.  Internet becomes unstable, then out.  

Is this going to be corrected for good?  Be nice to get a heads up if not...3 days in a row is not a coincidence.
