Ordered wrong internet bundle

I ordered internet with homelife and I dont want homelife what do I do. Csn i cancel the order once it processes? Who do i call?

    You may call 1-888-438-6673 (choose option 5 after entering your account information over the automated message) when calling 8am -8pm weekdays or 9am - 6pm weekends to speak with a representative in our Loyalty Department to help in making changes or remove the service.
