Ongoing e-mail problems.
I have been unable to send or receive email on my primary email account using my email client (MS Outlook for Mac) for over a month. The problem is identical to this:
Contact with Cox has proven fruitless. There is a stubborn email on my account which I cannot delete (It's spam, anyway). I have threatened to move to Verizon, and its about time I made good on that threat.
This all has to do with "upgrades" in Cox service and migration to a new server, or something. This all should be transparent to the users, and it has caused nothing but problems. Whoever is in charge of this should be canned.
