Older Modem Performance

I'm looking to get the 150 Mbps plan and have an older Motorola Surfboard SB6141.  Specs say it can support up to 1 Gbps, but with the Surfboard name now belonging to Arris, I wasn't sure if it would be a problem.

    Specs say it can support up to 1 Gbps

    Specs say it has a 1-Gigabit Ethernet port.

    This modem is fine for 150 Mbps.
