NV Packet loss, IMPOSSIBLE TO GAME. FCC COMPLAINT

Cox needs to do something about this asap, I can game a lot better using my cellphone 4G LTE as a hotspot than a 300/30mb plan ! There  has been outages all week. 
PLEASE EVERYONE FILE A FCC complaint PLEASE

I really hope Starlink becomes available soon.

  • Same situation in AZ, been trying to get fixed for over 7 months. I Filled a FCC complaint and they told me they were not planning on upgrading the infrastructure in my neighborhood this year. Also just like you, I'm sadly paying $100 a month for internet that I can only watch videos or browse the web on. I'm assuming they don't really care about people that rely on a quality stable connection to compete. Best of luck out there.

    Same FCC complaint filed, and tech to the house, The tech flat out lied said everything is perfect... guy didn't even  disconnect me to test strait at the tap.  FCC complaint nothing cox can do, I have since filed complaint with AZ attorney general, BBB, both senators, and congressman from my district. do I expect a resolution no, but I expect free internet for the foreseeable future, and maybe the FCC files a class action against cox for failing to provide an essential service during the world and the USA's time of need.

    Best we can do is spread the word to our friends, family, neighbors impacted by the problem to also contact the FCC, AG, BBB, Congressmen, and Senators!!!!.  Cox is the only ISP literally shutting down, by their customers attempting to use their service.  Other ISP's have had issues, but that is a normal 6-10pm night as a Cox customer.  Cox is shameless and despicable under normal circumstances, the corona virus has only highlighted how bad their infrastructure really is!
