NOTICE OF AUP VIOLATION

Over the past few days, I've received a number of these notices via email. When I go to the Cox site that I'm directed to, it says I have no violations on file. What's up with this? Are these notices scams or phishing schemes?

    We'll be glad to look into this for you. Please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name, account holder's name, street address and details of your issue or a link to your forum post.

    I have been getting the same message as well. Cox even went on to disable my account over this. This is ridiculous!!!! I will be looking for another service provider!!
