Not receiving emails from domain

Both of our cox email accounts are not receiving emails from domain.  This was verified by using our alternate icloud email and received their email just fine.  Cox seems to be blocking.  Please correct.

    cox might think it's spam....check your spam folder in cox webmail!!

      this isnt a spam issue. plus i already have spam filtering turned off.  Cox is blocking the domain

        @Joprimo, please check your filter settings to make sure that the domain is not being blocked. Also, are you trying to access the emails at or through a 3rd party program such as Outlook? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

    Affirm is an online lender.  They have lots of complaints.  I am guessing but I think that some email providers are blocking anything arriving from affirm.
