Not getting the 50 mbps I'm paying for. Please help.

Hi @Sjohnston

I know how terribly frustrating it can be to have constant slow speeds. Can you plug a computer directly into your modem, bypassing your router, and then conduct a speed test on www.speedtest.net? Post the results. Also, make sure that you have CAT5e or above ethernet cables for your modem.
