Not getting speed I'm paying for, and daily connection drops.

I've had the Cox 150mbps plan for over a year and have only been getting anywhere between 40-60 on average, I once saw it at 80, but never any higher. And lately I've been having frequent connections drops, usually once a day if not more.

I understand that I won't likely hit 150, but 40-60 on average? I'd like to understand why. And I can't believe I've been paying so much for far less than half of my speed for so long.

SB6183 modem, docsis 3.0. I've pasted my modem signals, as well as errors from my event log below.
