Not able to stream IN-HOME TV on PC

I'm at home and connected to my wifi, and I'm not able to stream "IN-HOME" channels when on watchtv.cox.com, but I can stream "TV GO" channels.

Another thing I find it weird is on my cox account overview page, I see on the internet portion it displays "Service Interrupted X". Clearly internet is working as I'm typing this and streaming youtube at the moment, but might be something on the backend?

I've tried resetting modem, router, and cable box nothing worked. Tried clearing Chrome's cookies/cache, and using different browsers like Firefox still didn't work.

I've put in a support call, but all they want to do is send someone out.

    Thr3e,

Are you connected to your primary WiFi or an extender. If you do not connect to the main network, it will assume you are not at home. This will cause you to be unable to see any channels listed as "In-Home".

I've a Orbi system, which has 2 satellites, all on the same network. Could you explain more as why it think I'm not on the main network?

Do I need to forward a port?
