No service and no communication

We just moved to south Tempe, had fiber optic internet equipment installed on Monday 5/20 and we have had zero internet service since the day it was installed. 2 visits from technicians multiple calls and messages to customer service and there has been absolutely no information provided about what the issue is or when it will be resolved… just the same generic message telling us what we already know, that there’s an outage. 

Can someone please fix this before so we don’t have to cancel our plan and tell everyone we know NOT to do business with Cox?
