no serve

hello:

    I can connect my wifi,but we do not have internet.

    It sounds like your modem is offline. Please unplug the modem for a few minutes and then plug it back in. You may need to wait a few minutes before you can get back online. If that doesn't work, please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address and the account holder's name so I can take a look.
