No Internet

Past two months every time it rains hard internet goes out.  When I call to report problem it is same BS, "reboot, equipment out of date, etc."  A Technician has been to our house previously and confirmed that issue is with Cox's signal and not equipment in house.  Issue was fixed last time after 3 days and countless calls.

Has anyone else experienced this issue.  If so were you able to resolve going through their support.

Have become increasingly disappointed with their service as they appear to be more interested in selling you something else than trying to resolve your issue.
