Yes, but some areas around me have internet. They said on the phone something about a node
Did you lose power? Are there any areas around you still without power? You can check your power company's outage map to see if there is any ETA posted. Sounds like where your node is, which is where fiber turns into coaxial, there is a problem. If so, hundreds are still without service.
