Why has our internet been out for 4 days? No one at Cox seems to care??? I work remote and need my internet to be reliable! This is a disgrace! If our HOA didn't pay for our internet I would have already switched to a new service!
What kind of modem do you have? What lights do you see on it? Do you have multiple cable connections in your home, or just one?
