Tug44, As a parent I understand how important the internet is for kids and family to learn and work remote these days. I'm sorry to hear you're still facing an impact. Cox has added network alerts to the Cox App to alert customers when we're aware of a network issue. As crews draw closer to a close the estimation can change. Should you find issues remain and the alert is cleared on the Cox App, then we may need to investigate further. Our support can receive your email and investigate. We'd require your name, complete address, and some detail of the service concern. We'll be able to further investigate.
