CarolLM, how do you expect people to EMAIL you when your EMAIL service isn't working? Thats like when your phone is down they ask you to call them for technical support?
But-but-but,,, the whole world wants us all to go paperless and rely solely on email and texts for business correspondence and receipts of payment. It would work but it really seems that providers like Cox (who are in on the paperless bandwagon) seem to be mailing in their efforts with tech issues at best.
Hey, how about you just fix the dam webmail already!
