Hello. I recommend plugging a device directly up to the modem and see if you get a connection.
Lately we have been having issues and I think that I have discovered that the panoramic Wi-Fi gateway is not talking to the Netgear nighthawk. do I just need to disconnect the Netgear nighthawk?
