New router
I just received a new router because I received notification that my old one was outdated. Now I can't get the new one to connect to the network. I followed all dirctions and all cables are hooked up correctly and securely. Still no luck.
Hello. I am sorry that you're having trouble setting up the new equipment. I do want to be sure that you are referring to a modem? Once the modem is received, we need to activate it as they do not come activated by mail. We would be happy to look into this for you and address your concerns.
