New panoramic WiFi modem is horrible

I just had to have my modem switched out, they said it was old and needed to be replaced because my internet quit working. Apparently it is some panoramic WiFi that’s supposed to be faster but every time we turn on the tv and try to connect to Hulu or Netflix it says not connected and we have to go to network settings on the tv menu and click on our network?? Why does this modem do this when our last one was connected for like three years with absolutely no problem

    My Panoramic modem works like a charm.

    I suggest you call them. I had to once and was very impressed with the results. You most likely get the answers you seek here in this forum.

    I agree that you should call them. I also suggest you read the TV's manual or look it up online.

    I have a Panoramic modem. I have a TV, DVD player and Roku stick connected to it via WiFi. They all work flawlessly,

    Also, I am on the 30Mbs plan but normally have a download speed of 35Mbs, at least.
