have you set up a redirect rule configured anywhere? This is fairly common when there is an issue with a compromised account and emails are being forwarded elsewhere.
I know it sounds odd, but my new emails are bypassing the inbox and going to the sent objects box. It appears to have started 11/10. Do we know why this is happening? Thanks!
