New Cox Port Forwarding Problems

I recently have switched to a wired connection, and am trying to port forward for a server. Unfortunately whenever I try to port forward using the new cox website it cannot find my computer on the list of devices to port forward for. Everything was made much harder with this new update apparenty. any help would be appreciated
